I lead product design teams focusing on collaboration and fostering a culture of customer-centricity.

With a wealth of experience across the design process, I help teams identify and solve the right problems, addressing complex challenges to deliver impactful outcomes for both the business and the customer.

Currently, I lead product design at Dojo, one of the top payments providers for businesses in the UK & Europe.

I’m Anton — a Product Designer with over 9 years of experience. I love turning ideas into seamless, user-friendly experiences.

I’m currently a Product Design Lead at Dojo, where I lead design for the Consumer Tribe. As part of the leadership team, I collaborate closely with the VP, Product, Engineering, and Data to guide three squads. Together, we focus on driving consumer engagement with Dojo businesses.

Since I joined, I've helped scale the product from 200 to over 3000 customers. And, grown the number of guests seated in Dojo customers (visited a restaurant) from 250,000 annually to an impressive 500,000 weekly.

Whether it’s reimagining a payment platform or fine-tuning the smallest detail, I love tackling challenges through research and design (and a touch of humour).

I became a dad last November so when I’m not designing, you’ll find me with a baby under my arm, staying fit, walking my dog Marlo, or in the kitchen (not necessarily in that order).
